Mission

The Baghajatin Freedom Ride has born out of a passion for Cycling and

instigating the spirit of fight of “Baghajatin” (Jatindranath

Mukherjee)-the unsung hero of Indian history of Freedom Fight.

The sport not only appeals to those who are passionate about

recreational cycling and eager to spread the enthusiasm to those

interested in learning cycling or taking it up for various causes, but

also to those who aim to carry the spirit and want to share it through

cycling.

Founder- Uttam Dhar, Physics Honors Graduate from C.U., diehard sports lover and

played sports in school level. Spend more than 10 years in different marketing jobs in

Real Estate Management sector.

Friend Partner- Satyabrata Datta Choudhury, Engineer & Management Graduate in

marketing, played state level cricket for pretty good time for College . He has worked

for several years in HDFC and presently is Area in charge for DLF Kolkata territory.
