Final Location for shooting - Whitwell
After a couple of group discussions, we are able to say that our main shooting location will be ‘Whitwell’ as it is in the country, when there is no cars about it seems very desolate and clam place. And therefore perfect for our story, which is set in the middle of nowhere. Also there is a big bridge, which we can walk to the top of and get some perfect high shots, looking down. Also we can use the bridge for a scene or two.Also just after going down the hill and under the bridge there is also a turn off and a little island bit which is next to a field which we can shoot by as there is some rather large trees which help set the scene for our opening and we can use the small country road which turns off for a couple of scenes for the villain to come out of nowhere as there are bushes which he/she can hide in. Another reason for choosing Whitwell is that it is easy to access for the whole group and we can fit are shooting schedule around it better, as we can walk down in frees, double media lessons and afters school. Therefore more shooting time is available and we would be able to fit more shots in etc.
