Take a deep breath. Air is all around us. Our bodies need air to breathe to stay alive.

When we look, we cannot see the air, but we know that it is there, because we feel its benefits to our bodies when we breathe.

We can think of God as the air around us. God is everywhere! We cannot see Him, just as we cannot see the air we breathe, but we can know that He is there. We can feel His goodness in our lives!

Even though we can’t see God or touch Him, His presence is always near us. We don’t have to be anywhere special to see or feel God’s love. We can know His love for us in our hearts.

No matter where we are, we can know God is there too. His Spirit can be a part of our lives, in the ways we act and in the things we say.
