THE PASSION AND JUSTICE OF JESUS

The Joy of Our Salvation____________________________

“But God is so rich in mercy and He loved us so much, that even though we were dead because of our sins,

He gave us life when He raised Christ from the dead. For He raised

us from the dead along with Christ and seated us with Him in the heavenly realms because we are united with Christ Jesus. So God can point to us in all future

ages as examples of the incredible wealth of His grace and kindness toward us, as shown in all He has done for us who are united with Christ. God saved you by His grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this;

it is a GIFT from God.”

EPHESIANS 2:4-8

Jesus didn’t just save us from something.

He saved us FOR eternal union with Him.

Get passion by receiving His passion for you.

THE NATURE OF GOD

We need to know the true nature of God because our behavior is a direct reflection of

how we believe the Father treats us.

How Jesus Relates To Us PersonallyThe Woman Caught in Adultery

*Jesus isn’t afraid of our messes. He cares more about the condition of our hearts than about protecting His “reputation”.

*His influence in our lives is the fruit of the favor and trust He’s built in our relationship with Him.

*He doesn’t love us from a distance. John 8:8 says, “He stooped down.”

As we look at Him, He gives us courage to leave behind the former things that have prevented us

from fully receiving all He has for us.

Removing everything that would hinder

or violate love. What Jesus paid for.

THE JUSTICE OF GOD:

Isaiah 53:5

"THEN AT LAST THE LORD OF HEAVEN'S ARMIES WILL HIMSELF BE ISRAEL'S GLORIOUS CROWN. HE WILL BE THE PRIDE AND JOY

OF THE REMNANT OF HIS PEOPLE. HE WILL GIVE A LONGING FOR JUSTICE

TO THEIR JUDGES. HE WILL GIVE

GREAT COURAGE TO THEIR WARRIORS WHO STAND AT THE GATES."

Isaiah 28:5-6
