WHOISTHEPROGRAMFOR?ForwomenwhoareintentionallycommittedtoseekingGod'sguidanceinlivingouttheirbaptismalcall:
inbusinessorprofessionalcareers,inhomemaking,inlaycareersinthechurch,involunteerwork,inmissionsathome&abroad,inordainedministry,inmonasticlife,orinthemanyotherwaysinwhichwemayserveGod.
GOALSOFTHEPROGRAMTheprogramassistswomentodiscernwhereGodmaybecallingthem,through:
♥ SharingthelifeofaChristiancommunitycommittedtoabalancedlifeofprayer,service,study,restandrecreation.
♥ EngaginginclassesanddiscussionsaboutChristianlifeandvocation.
♥ Receivingpersonalguidanceindeepeningtheirprayerlife.
PROGRAMCOSTThereisnochargeforroomandboard,butparticipantscontributetothelifeofthecommunitybysharingintheSisters'work.AtaxdeductibledonationmaybemadetotheSisterhoodbutisnotrequired.Tobenefitmostfullyfromtheprogram,participantsneedtocommittostayingthefulltime.
CLASSESINCLUDE
VocationandDiscernmentContemplativePrayerJournalingandAwarenessReflectionPrayerandArtPrayerWalkingandLabyrinthAnglicanRosary
CRITERIAFORACCEPTANCEApersonwhowishestoapplyshouldbe:
♥ apractisingChristianofanydenomination;
♥ activelycommittedtodiscerningGod'swillinherlife;
♥ willingtogiveherselftoachallengingschedule;
♥ ableandwillingtocontributetoeffectivegroupprocesses;
♥ ingoodphysical,mentalandemotionalhealth.
