• Today i am going to connect our Lord(GOD) with our organisation structure

• First of all let us see how the existence of various God such as Lord Shiva , Krishna , Lakshmiji and all others that relate to business aspects. and how does their management team came into existence.

So here i am to convey you a small story and the story begins so be here.

Then he felt the need of power. so, he created the shakti that is “Parvatiji” the most powerful body , CEO and from that he created the BOD team.

The team includes Shri Ram , Shri Ganesh , Shri Hanuman, Jesus, Bhagwan Mahavir and

many others .

Now, Lord Shiva and BOD TEAM felt that he required a manager to run all activities and so he created manager in the form of “Lord Vishnu”.

Thus, the manager appears.

Now, when Lord Vishnu appears he required most important thing that is finance.

We all know finance is like blood of any body.

Thus , Lord shiva fullfilled his demand n gave Lakshmiji to manager.

They required to build the whole world and thus Vishnuji The Manager asked Brahmaji to do planning and built the whole world and architect it.

Thus the construction work was given to VISHWAKARMA.

Now, for building up whole World he need some workers And, so he recruits the following peoples :

Indra Dev for Water.

Agnee Dev for Fire.

Vayu Dev for Air.

Now, business starts …. As now Manager have enough finance to do anything in the business. Thus , In business aspects to perform any activity we required some resourses such as 4M that is as below: MAN.MACHINE.MONEY.MATERIAL.

Then business develops but in every business there are fluctuations.

As you all know in every story once the turning point occurs and here also the same thing happened.

But when loss appears every person of business comes into fear and here manager comes in very tight position.

Let us see now what new happens in the STORY.

Now, Manager goes to the Owner means Lord Shiva and make discussion on loss that appeared on the company.

Lord Shiva made the situation under control and took all such losses on himself.

Thus, we all know Lord Shiva had taken poison in his throught just because he was capable of taking that poison.

So, it is just to make you understand that whenever you start your business you must have capability to take loss or profit , whatever is appeared.
