SOMBER SEPTEMBER DAY

In memory of our September 11, 2001 victims

9/11, the day attackers stormed from hell.Dirty devils invaded our peaceful heaven. The majestic Twin Towers painfully fell.Their fateful collapse was bitterly sullen.

9/11, the day the charred, dark human dust, From smoke-shrouded Ground Zero hovered high, Fled the killing fields of terror and lust, And followed the angels to the sacred sky.

9/11, the day that served as a somber reminderOf our brave victims, who did not die in vain.Their sacrifices would be honored forever,And a healing future would surely remain.

9/11, the day a grief-torn world was mourning Over 3,000 lives in a doomed morning, The day sorrow and sadness covered our earth. Powerful patriotism burst into full rebirth.

Let us pray to the Almighty, day and night.May tyrants and terrorists finally perish!May mankind suffer neither woe nor anguish!
