Don’t worry about the debacle; it’s only a preparation for the miracle

Let the beautiful thoughts flow, and soon you will see the glow

Let the positive emotions run high, a smile will soon replace the sigh

Spoil the child in you and, just relax and spare the rod

The success will be mind blowing, if you retain the faith in God.

Pay attention to the energy you send into the world. Is it positive or is it negative?

As you pay attention, you find it easier to have more conscious choice about the energy you want to manifest.

Our unconscious primitive ego creates "knee jerk" responses that, more often than not, cause us to manifest negative energy.

Page 16: Self Management (Leadership & Spirituality)

In Awareness meditation (a type of meditation) one simply observes what is coming up in one’s awareness by naming or expressing loudly what one is going through

For a person who is truly aware, it is easy to connect with his consciousness to seek wisdom, happiness and emotional strength from his own spirit

“On the journey from mindless to mindful:

Some people seek mind-blowing experiences.

Some people seek mind-growing experiences.

Some people seek mind-bowing experiences.

Some people seek mind-glowing experiences.

Some have stopped seeking altogether. For

them the ordinary mind is the buddha-mind.”

Manager vs Leader Essentially, The manager administers and the leader

innovates... (awareness)The manager focuses on systems and structure; the leader focuses on people. (compassion)The manager relies on control; the leader inspires trust. (God in people)The manager has a short range view; the leader has a long range perspective. (soul never dies)The manager asks 'how' and 'when'; the leader asks 'what' and 'why'... (wisdom)The manager is a copy, the leader is an original."
