Who teaches us to possess such Godly character qualities?

It was very difficult to find Godly beauty in this exercise We found it : - 1 Peter 3:4 – ‘Unfading beauty’- Pro 1: 7a “ The fear the Lord is the beginning of knowledge…”- Pro 31:30 “ Favor is deceitful, beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised ?
