The power of thoughts Our predominated thoughts influence ourbehavior and attitude , and consequently ouractions , our life , and the people around us .Asour thoughts are , so are our lives In order to make changes in our life , we have tomake changes in our thinking process One single thought is not strong enough to makea change , but if the same thought is repeatedoften it gradually gains strenght 5. Thoughts , feelings and success Your thoughts and feelings can draw or repelsuccess .they shape your belief and expectationsabout success or failure When your thoughts , feelings and moodsbecome steady and under control , your life alsobecome under your control It is not enough to seek only external success, such as money and possessions. Inner successwhich is self improvement , spiritual growth andinner peace are important too. 6. The magnetic attracting power of themind The power of the mind draws certain events, circumstances and people into our lives andrepels others Your mind is composed of the thoughts you thinkwhich are like magnetic currents The way you think about some event or action , itturns out to be as you thought about it. You can attract people , circumstances , events, possessions or a life style with the magneticpower of attraction of your mind. 7. Feelings , emotions and creativevisualizations By visualizing a mental image of a desired objector situation , you attract it into your life .in this wayyou can change and shape your life , behaviorand circumstances Emotions and feelings energize thoughts , thesame way that electricity makes electricinstrument work 8. The restless mind Why let thoughts rule the mind , instead of being their master ? Why not enjoy inner peace and choose only beneficial and desirable thoughts ? 9. The peace of mind Meditation , concentration exercises , guided imagination , affirmations and breathing exercises are some of the techniques that lead to peace of mind. The power of repeated words andthoughts This is usually a mixture of words , sentences , mental images and sensation. Words and thoughts that are repeated often get stringer by the repititions sink into subconscious mind and affect the behavior , actions and reactions of person involved . 14.
