I will love the ambitious for they can inspire me; I will love the failures for they can teach me. I will love the kings for they are but human; I will love the meek for they are divine. I will love the rich for they are yet lonely; I will love the poor for they are so many. I will love the young for the faith they hold; I will love the old for the wisdom they share.


And how will I react to the actions of others? With love. For just as love is my weapon to open the hearts of men, love is also my shield to repulse the arrows of hate and the spears of anger. Adversity and discouragement will beat against my new shield and become as the softest of rains. My shield will protect me in the world and sustain me when I am alone.It will uplift me in moments of despair yet it will calm me in time of exultation. It will become stronger and more protective with use until one day I will cast aside and walk unencumbered among all manners of men and, when I do, my name will be raised high on the pyramid of life.


And how will I confront each whom I meet? In only one way. In silence and to myself I will address him and say I Love You. Though spoken in silence these words will shine in my eyes, unwrinklemy brow, bring a smile to my lips, and echo in my voice; and his heart will be opened. And who is there who will say nay to my intentions when his hearts feels my love?


And most of all I will love myself. For when I do I will zealously inspect all things which enter my body, my mind, my soul, and my heart. Never will I overindulge the requests of my flesh; rather I will cherish my body with cleanliness and moderation. Never will I allow my mind to be attracted to evil and despair, rather I will uplift it with the knowledge and wisdom of the ages.Never will I allow my soul to become complacent and satisfied, rather I will feed it with meditation and prayer. Never will I allow my heart to become small and bitter, rather I will share it and it will grow and warm the earth.

Prayer of Forgiveness

Seeking to eliminate all obstructions that prevent my evolution,I will devote a few minutes to forgive.

From now on, I forgive everyone who, in any way, has offended me,caused injury or harm, or unnecessary difficulties. I sincerely forgive those whohave rejected me, hated me, abandoned me, betrayed me, ridiculed me,humiliated me, frightened me, and deceived me.

I specially forgive those who have provoked me to lose my patience and reactviolently so that afterwards I felt embarrassment, remorse, and/orinappropriate guilt. I recognize that I was responsible as well for the aggressionI received, as several times I trusted negative individuals, allowed them tomake a fool of me, and let them discharge on me their bad character.


For long years I endured hostility, humiliations, wasting time and energy in theuseless attempt to have a good relationship with those people.

I am free of the compulsive need to suffer, and free of the obligation to minglewith toxic individuals and environments. I have just started a new phase in mylife, in the company of friendly, healthy, and competent people:I want to share noble feelings, while working for the progress of all of us.

I will never again complain, speaking about sorrow and negative people.When by chance I think about them, I will remember that they are alreadyforgiven and dismissed from my intimate life indefinitely. I am thankful for thedifficulties those people have caused, as they helped me evolve from thecommon human level to the spiritualized level in which I am now.


When I remember the people who have hurt me, I will seek to value their goodqualities, and I will ask the Higher Self to forgive them as well, preventingthem from being punished by the law of cause and effect, in this life or infuture lives. I acknowledge they were right in rejecting my love and my goodintentions, as I recognize that everyone has the right to repel me,not correspond, and keep me out of their lives.

Now, I sincerely apologize to everyone who in any way, consciously orunconsciously, I have offended, injured, harmed, or displeased. Analyzing andmaking judgment of everything I have done throughout my life, I see that thevalue of my good deeds is enough to pay all my debts and redeem all myguilt, leaving a positive balance in my favor.

I feel at peace with my conscience and, with my head raised, I take deepbreaths, hold the air in, and I concentrate to send an energy chain to mySuperior Self. As I relax, my sensations reveal that this contact has beenestablished.


Now I send a message of faith to my Superior Self, asking for orientation,in an accelerated pace, for an important project I have in mind, and towardswhich I am already working with dedication and love.

I thank, with all my heart, everyone who has helped me, and I promise to payback, working for my good and for the good of everyone else, acting as acatalyzing agent of enthusiasm, prosperity, and self-accomplishment.I will do all in harmony with the laws of nature, and with the permission of ourHigher self, eternal, infinite, indescribable, that I, with my intuition,feel is the only real power acting inside and outside of me.So Be it, Let it be done, and it is so!
