• Matthew 24:6And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.


• Matthew 24:7-8For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.


• In these last days, there will be :-1. Rise in conflicts of men and nations2. Escalating natural disasters.3. Increase in plagues and pestilences4. Wide spread of hatred and

persecutions.


• John 16:33These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.


• John 16:33; The truth is that :-1. God has spoken long time ago.• John 16:33 ..In this world you will

have tribulation…• Since the day in the Garden of Eden• Gen 3:15 ‘And I will put enmity

between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed..

• What big deal and why such consequences?

If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin.

• John 10:10 ‘The thief does not come except to steal, to kill, and to destroy.’

Peace In Tribulation• John 16:33; The truth is that :-2. We have built false hope for ourselves.• Luke 12:18-19 So he said, ‘I will do

this; I will pull down my barns and build greater, and there I will store all my crops and my goods. And I will say to my soul, ‘Soul, you have many goods laid up for many years; take your ease; eat, drink, and be merry’.

• Matthew 16:25-26 ‘ For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul?‘


• John 16:33; The truth is that :-3. Tribulation will definitely come.• John 16:33………….in this world you

will have tribulation…..• John 15:18 ‘If the world hates you,

you know that it hated Me before it hated you.’


3. Tribulation will definitely come.• John 15:19 ‘If you were of the world, the

world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I choose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.’

• John 16:2 ‘.…the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God service.’


• John 16:33; The truth is that :-4. But Jesus has overcome for us.• The Seed of the woman has

defeated the seed of the serpent.• 1 John 3:8 …For this purpose the

Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.

Peace In Tribulation4. But Jesus has overcome for us.• 2 Corinthians 10:4 ‘For the weapons

of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God…

• Matt 5:44..love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you may be sons..


• John 16:33; The truth is that :-5. We can have peace in tribulation.• John 14:27

Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Peace In Tribulation5. We can have peace in tribulation.• Psalms 91:5-7 You shall not be afraid

of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day, nor of pestilence that walks in the darkness, nor of the destruction that lay waste at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; But it shall not come near you.


5. We can have peace in tribulation.• Psalms 91:8-14 Only with your eyes

shall you look, and see the reward of the wicked. Because you have made the LORD, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place. ..Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him.


5. We can have peace in tribulation.

• Matthew 8:26 But He said to them, ‘Why are you fearful, o little faith?’ Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.


5. We can have peace in tribulation.• Jesus is on board with us in every

storm of our lives.

• Peace is not the absence of trouble, but the presence of God.
