I would like to give a brief report of this project on behalf of Myanmar Union Mission.

Brief history of Pearl clinic

Construction started in April, 2006.

The construction team was in charged by Pr Tember Chit who is a retiree and former director of Health Ministries Department.

The service started on December 7th, 2006.We have a regular physician, part time OB and Pediatrician. Now it is two years already.

Total patients is 3660 in 2008Home cases 53

Only one delivery in 2008

Free of charge for consultation 684

Free of charge both for consultation and medicines 30

Medical outreach to nearby community 5 times, total charity patients 423

Total health tracts distributes 2000

As we hope to extend the service as shown in our proposal, we need your earnest prayer.

He have bought enough land, but still need the buildings and necessary for extended service.

Mission statement, Goal and Objective

Mission StatementTo share the love of God through physical, mental, social and spiritual healing

to those who are in need.

GoalTo uplift the health of the community dwellings in Shwe Pyi Tha.

To train the community health promoters to be equipped with necessary nurse-aid skill.

To share the Adventists' health message to the public.

ObjectivesTo give curative treatment to those who come to the clinic.

To promote Adventists' health message through health books, pamphlets and seminars.

To train the community health promoters in the area of the proper nursing care.
