• In 1999 William earned his Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

• William founded Most High Ministries in 1998  to facilitate  plant churches and engage in benevolent work in the US and abroad. 

 

Scott Bonnell 

serves as the Executive Director of Most High Ministries.

• Scott joined the Board of Directors of Most High Ministries in 2006 and became the Executive Director in 2007.

• Scott has 9+ years of Domestic and International Missions experience in over 12 countries (and counting)
