Further research inmid-1990 led to the 10/40 Window concept, whichcontrasts the major needs and few resources devoted tothis part of the world.Lausanne III : A groundbreaking declaration wasassembled for Cape Town 2010. The Seoul Declarationon Diaspora Missiology summons the Whole Church ofJesus Christ, including its missions agencies and itsacademies to mobilize, train, deploy, support, andempower Diaspora Kingdom Workers. 4. Refocus: Global Cities Biblically, the gospel spread via the cities of the Romanworld. A study of the book of Acts shows the prioritygiven to cities. Strategically, commerce and culture flow through thecities. The flattening of the world has given large citiesglobal ties and national influence. Globalization has caused large cities to be more similarthan different around the world. Cities have become thedestination of the Diaspora as rural peoples move toglobal cities. Potential for global harvest represented by 21st Centurycities is un-parrelled due to the diversity of peoplescoming to cities. But we are winning our cities? 5. The World is Coming toTexas!
