spiritual awareness practices that enable living

with mindful awareness in the moment, the

eternal and infinite NOW, and lead to a being

full of bliss, blissful, and full of joy, joyful!

Be still and know. In meditation, withdraw from

the chatter of sense consciousness and sit

relaxed, calmly, quietly in the awareness of the

abiding, Infinite Presence. Spiritual insight and

understanding comes into apprehension.

In the Silence greater truth is apprehended in

mind and appropriated into the consciousness

through affirmation. An affirmation is a short

positive statement aligned with truth which

declares and claims the I AM of being.

Truth transforms when aligned with habitual

thoughts, feelings, words and actions. Truth

further transforms when used as a compass

for life and living principles, values and ideals.

Truth, apprehended in meditation and then

appropriated in prayer comes into full authentic

experience and expression when we live the truth

we know. As we attune, affirm, align and apply, we

become the truth, we want to see in the world.

Attention directs awareness to be mindful in the

moment, the now. As we direct and maintain our

attention on the experience before us, applying

the 5A’s of mindfulness, then fully mindful, and

fully being in the eternal and infinite Now.
