Framing

In sociology and communication theory, framing is a way to better understand and be able to investigate motivation.

Framing Introduced by such Communication/Sociology

theory's such as Kenneth Burke and the sociologist Erving Goffman.

Using framing analysis, we can understand the underlining beliefs, ideologies and or ethical frames used by individuals or groups to help guide action.

How do you define ideology?

Master Frames (our Macro tags) Not unlike our Meta

tags, master frames offer us framework for the larger influences in our lives.

Example -> the dark blue = our Master frames (Macro tags) and the light blue = our minor frames or micro)
