... for your generosity in giving your time for a somewhat mundane task.

I really appreciate your willingness to serve as a team—inter-departmentally—and to lift the burden from our wonderful volunteers who give so much to keep UPC running smoothly.

Pamela, a special thanks to you for the gift-cards, candy, and recruitment email.

Thanks, Kelly Head

WHEN: Wednesday, September 24 from 11:45-1 p.m.

WHERE: Geneva

It’s time again – join the fun – good food – old friends –new colleagues…

And a special time to bless Earl as he departs for a new paragraph in life.

We’ll BBQ salmon (favorite food of Earl’s) – with salad for those who choose

Meeting new staff family members

Hearing one more lesson of life from Earl

And ending with a prayer of blessing.

It’s a don’t miss time of gathering!

All-Staff Lunches Resume Please gather in the choir loft for an all staff picture on Thursday, September 18 at 11:30 a.m.

As Earl leaves, we want to present him with a token of affection, ap-preciation and respect. We are hav-ing a frame engraved with words that seem to describe him –

Pastor, theologian, mentor, friend, teacher, colleague, poet, driftwood carver

And we’ll fill the frame with a black and white photo of us.

So please, try and make it.

Shhhh...it’s a Surprise!

Say Cheese!

As the Fall begins, remember to turn in a setup diagram for each ongoing meet-ing/activity that you sponsor and all your special events. In order for Facilities to provide the basic furniture setup that you need, you must submit a setup diagram of how you would like the space prepared, at least a week in advance for ordinary events & at least two weeks in advance for large or complicated special events. Please submit a clear diagram of what would facilitate your activity/meeting/event. These should be placed in the so marked slot in Production, same slot as room requests. Also, remem-ber to update all your announcements to reflect your Fall schedule. Thank you!
