There are 50 panels in this picture, 1200mm x 2400mm,

each weighing less than 8kgs

The raw material is primarily polypropylene and insulating

aluminium film

Current world market prices deliver a materials cost of ±

$20-$25 per panel

Finished cost depends on factory location but should

be less than US$50 per panel

This prototype was built using 18 panels from the pallet. It provides 18m² of floor space and can accommodate 4

adults. It weighs less than 150kgs and can be assembled by two people in less than one hour with no

tools

Sustainable heating, cooling, insulation, ventilation, cooking, water, sanitation, electricity amenities and utilities are all available according to resources, need
