Too much male energy?

Old Program Smasher: Business is war…kill or be killed… this is my territory to defend… Winning

What’s wrong with our organizations? We are using the wrong metaphor for who we are

and what we want to be.

Too much Warrior Spirit and not enough Goddess Values.

Warrior Spirit = sky, hierarchy, command and control, mind,

logic, analysis, order, separateness and domination.

Goddess Values = earth, community, unity, heart, emotion,

intuition…

In the most abstract sense, our organizations are an extension of our value set and our self image.

Pure Love = Intellect, love in mind and emotion, love in action.

Our Primal Duality: Yin & Yang / Shakti & Shiva

relationships, our work and communities make an important

contribution to the universe.

Goddess Value: Balance logic with intuition: since nature has given us peripheral capabilities we can rely upon our ways of

knowing. Our intuitive voice is needed in the world.

Goddess Value: Embrace Change: We celebrate our

transformation from maiden, mother and crone. Our journey to becoming wise is an opportunity

to evolve.

Our spiritual value equation: harmonious interdependency:

living and working in accordance with both principles means

success.

Affirm the best in you and your workplace. Your workplace is self development school….so

express your complete self within it. Then you will bring the world

into Balance.

Affirm: I am an expression of that which is within me. I am my soul substance embracing both

intellect and emotion which seeks expression through me. My circumstances are temporary but

offer me a sacred learning experience and an opportunity to

grow my soul.

Affirm: my presence is needed every day and in every way.

When I think of myself as He and She, I attract that which seeks

expression through me, which is the power of both Mother and

Father God. I am empowered by my own divinity, my true self

which brings balance to my work situation.

Corporate Soul: Balance your work expression with Love.

It’s not all about logic.

Love your intuition.

Be a channel for Good.

True corporate power is love power.

Love what you do and do it with love.

Let work be your selfless service to humanity.
