Evangelism  Coordinator  Position    Hours:  12  PM  to  8PM  (some  flexibility),  some  weekends  necessary  Hours:  35  to  40  hours    Objectives:  

• Share  the  gospel  with  80%  of  clients  through  intentional,  relational  and  coordinate  activities  

• Provide  client  services  to  clients  • Facilitate  church  involved  activities  for  outreach  purposes  

 Duties:  

 • Intentional  Evangelism  

o Develop  Evangelism  routines  to  engage  clients  individually  o Maintain  routines  daily    o Provide  one  evening  chapel  service  per  week  

• Relational  Evangelism  o Provide  client  services    o Use  work  projects  o Provide  initial  training  in  Christian  living  for  clients  

• Coordinated  Evangelism  o Recruit  churches  and  Christian  groups  to  provide  evangelistic  

outreach  o Support  outreach  events  conducted  on  site  at  the  Mission  o Speak  at  churches  as  needed  to  create  awareness  of  Mission  

evangelism  programs  • Other  duties  as  assigned
