The lector of the “Easter Proclamation” must INCENSE THE PASCHAL CANDLE AND THE BOOK.

After the reading of the “Easter Proclamation” all set aside the candles.

After the last reading of the Old Testament and before the Epistle THE CHOIR INTONES THE GLORY WHILE BELLS ARE RUNG, THE ALTAR CANDLES ARE LIT AND TURN ON ALL THE LIGHTS OF THE CHURCH.
