My Coaching/Healing Work

For leaders in business and organisations who want to reduce stress, find balance and improve performance

I offer a Leadership Coaching approach that works from the inside out. I focus on inner beliefs.

In contrast to other leadership coaching approaches that tend to focus on behaviour, my service gets to the root of the issues.

My Spiritual PracticeMy path to awakening started when I met with two Teachers of an indigenous Earth Wisdom of the Americas.

They carried maps of wholeness and balance for the human and Universe that I had not been aware of before and greatly inspired me.

My work is informed by the energies of the Medicine Wheel. I am learning EFT and other energy approaches.

I am here to learn and grow as a teacher and healer.
