Praise: Consists exalt the qualities or

attributes of a person, in this case,

Praise literally means to express a favorable judgment

of or to glorify.

We praise God by agreeing with Him about who He is. For example: "God You are

holy, just, good and powerful." LASC

Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is

unsearchable.

2. Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving: Means to give thanks for all that God has

done. We often forget all the

good things that the Lord has done for us

When we recognize the true nature of God: great, all-powerful, holy, just, infinite, omnipresent, eternal,... and then recognize how small, how tiny, how insignificant we are, literally,

nothing compared to God….LASC

Worship is something that only we can offer to God. ……………

Worship is something that I offer to God from my heart. I can offer it to Him

when I am alone, or together with others of like mind. I can worship God while I

am singing or while I am quiet.…………….

Worship is something that I give to God. LASC

With Worship we exalt:

1. The Sanctity of God

2. The Majesty of God

3. The greatness of God

Confession: Is to agree with God regarding our

and express your sin to God for forgiveness.

our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Requests or Petitions: Means to pray for yourself. It is presents to God our great needs. So we recognize

our dependence upon the Lord.
