THE NEW YEAR IS A VIRGIN

We have over the years been told that its our year of this and that but thinking carefully

and biblically we would realize that the new

year is a virgin it's what we sow we would reap


GOD IS NOT MOCKED

Galatians 6:7-8

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows,

that he will also reap. 8 For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who

sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life.


WHAT ARE WE WISHING FOR IN THE NEW YEAR

We have been praying and asking God to change the

leader

We have been praying and asking God to change the

people

We have been asking God to change our spouses



We have been praying and asking God to

change our staff, co workers and bosses

We definitely have been asking God to Change our Circumstances and

our finances



How well has this worked for us, I ask

How many years of doing this without

results

It's time to change our paradigm

When times are tough, it's natural to wish they were easier. Whether you're sending

it's easy to just wish those problems would go away, right? Problems be gone!

On the other hand, if you flip it around, and wish you were better, stronger, and more capable - that gives you something

you can work with.

You can actually develop your skills, educate your mind, and build your strength.

CONSEQUENCES A GREAT PERSECUTION

Most people go through life waiting for things to

To react is simply to show a response, the actual

response is your reaction.

primarily go through life as a ‘reactor,’ that

is a quite passive approach and it leaves

you at the mercy of whatever or whoever

may happen upon you.

live, as well as physically, emotionally, and spiritually

exhausting.

Someone once said that life is 10% of what happens to you

and 90% how you react.

The good news is that you have 100% control over your

reactions.


2. ActA better alternative

than reacting is to act; to be one who initiates action, be the one to make things happen rather than merely waiting to react to

other people or events.


2. ActBy taking action, you

will feel more in charge of your life; by setting and achieving goals,

you will develop a sense of accomplishment.

.So act, don’t react.


3. ProactiveThe best alternative is to be

proactive. When you are proactive, you anticipate, prepare for, intervene in, and take control

of future occurrences or situations.

“Look at the word responsibility—“response-ability”—the ability to choose your response. Highly proactive people recognize that

responsibility.

circumstances, conditions, or conditioning for their behavior.

Being proactive is good for you, others, and the environment.


NO EXCUSES

Let’s face it; there really is no excuse not to be

proactive because most things in life are predictable,

especially if you pay attention – even the

negative events such as losing a job, ending a

relationship, or experiencing financial stress.

For example, at some point, we are all going to have to deal with death – our own death as well as death of

our loved ones.

Rather than deny it or avoid it, think about it,

anticipate it, and develop a preliminary plan.


WE MUST BE PROACTIVE

All around us there are signs, words of wisdom, teachers, and sage old advice all of which is designed for the

express intention of showing us the way and helping us to be proactive in our lives.

Sacred scriptures offer a wealth of wisdom and advice, but to really understand the essence of this esoteric

knowledge, what these teachings seek to impart, and how to apply the lessons in your life, you must prepare

yourself.


WE MUST BE PROACTIVE

You must be proactive.

This preparation involves cultivating your awareness, your mindfulness, your love and compassion.

It involves quieting your mind, stilling your body, transcending the limitations of the ego.

Stop rushing through your life as if it were a race, slow down, look, listen, and learn.
