BREATHING CONTROL AND AWARENESS

Life begins and ends with the breathing. Breath right, breath well and you enjoy happy living.

Pranayama (breathing control) invokes inner fire which helps diminish the craving, fatuation and material desire making our mind be calm, composure and gain concentration.

CONTROLLING THE SENSES

Our six sensory organs of vision, hearing, olfaction, taste, touch and thought are in receptive mode all the time. They affect our emotions and feelings based on the reactions that it receives when it gets in touch with the object.

Controlling and withdrawal from the ruling of sense organs helps observe our cravings and develop habits which are detrimental to us being healthy and attract inner growth.

DEVELOP INNER AWARENESS AND CONCENTRATION

Body tempered by observance, mind refined by the invocation of inner fire and senses controlled through the sense control techniques, you are now ready for offering yourself grossly towards the selfless actions perpetuated for the service of god.

The objective should be to develop steady mind with complete focus on completing your duties with mind, intellect and ego are all restrained and all these faculties are offered to the God for his use and his service.

You’d begin feeling free from the “I” and “MINE” and develop the habit of “WE ARE THE WORLD”.

The body made of earth, water, fire ether, and air will merge into it again. Knowing this, O man, put yourself in the state where the body and senses are at rest yet the mind is awake.

You begin the process of realizing the awareness of your true identity dropping your conscious mind into the unconscious oblivion from which it first emerged.
