Even though we are often taught that there are no shortcuts in life, we still love them. We know that they work, and they make our lives easier. Shortcuts are never more useful than when you are working on a computer. They make your life easier, and they ensure you don't have to rely on the keyboard always. Microsoft Internet Explorer is one of the most common browsers used today. This is why we have decided to do an article on tips and tricks to use Internet Explorer shortcuts.

Microsoft Explorer Shortcuts

1. Backspace Takes you back a single page 2. Alt + Left Arrow Takes you back one page 3. Alt + Arrow The shortcut you use to go forward a page 4. F5 The key you strike if you want to refresh a frame, page, or tab you are currently on 5. Alt + D Is used when you want to highlight the text in the address bar6. F11 Is where you go if you want the page you are looking at to be seen in full screen 7. Esc Will stop any pages or documents from downloading 8. Ctrl + (- or +) Is your command if you want to respectively decrease or increase the font size on a page

9. Alt + Down arrow Use this shortcut to access and display all the text entered previously in a text box; it also gives you options that are available in a drop-down menu 10. Ctrl + Enter This is your shortcut to a complete address. For example, you can type SafeBytes in the address bar and then press Ctrl + Enter to get to http://www.safebytes.com, where you can access TotalSystemCare. 11. Spacebar Helps you move down one page at a time 12. Ctrl + D Is the shortcut for anyone willing to add a favorite page for a particular page that is currently open13. Ctrl + I Gives you instant access to available bookmarks 14. Ctrl + N Is where you go if you want to open a new window on the browser15. Ctrl + P You use this if you want to print your current page16. Ctrl + T Will help you to open a new tab 17. Ctrl + F4 Shuts down any current tabs you have selected 18. Ctrl + Shift + L Allows you to do a search using any text you have copied19. Ctrl + E Use this shortcut if you want to open a query in the address bar 20. Ctrl + J Permits you to view downloads
