Step 1: Re-create OST file

▪ Exit Outlook Firstly

▪ Go to Mail setting

▪ In control Panel type mail in search box and click on Mailafter search process.

▪ Now “Mail Setup – Outlook” window will open.

▪ Now click on “Show Profile” and then select Profile and click on “Properties”.

Step 2: Re-Create OST file

▪ Now click on Email tab and select exchange account and then click on Change.

▪ Uncheck the checkbox “Use Cached Exchange Mode” and click on more settings.

▪ Now in Advanced tab select Offline Folder and File Settings and Disable offline use.

▪ Now again go Offline Folder and File settings and click on OK button.

▪ Now check the checkbox “Use Cache Exchange Mode” in cache exchange mode settings.

▪ Now click Ok and then finish and close all related open window.

That’s it. OST file has Recreated.
