INTEGRATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE AND PEOPLE •  Mobillion using special components - connectors, that can connect different

systems of corporate IT infrastructure, and appropriate IT systems, with people - in a way of fully measurable, efficient and logically integrated business unit.

ROUTING INFORMATION AND SECURITY •  Information distributed by Mobillion system, directed towards the static and

dynamic criteria. Static criteria are time-invariant - such as name, type or job title, skills or special skills, but the criteria dynamically changing in time - such as current location, staff, time or time on duty ... Information resides on server, not on the mobile client.

MULTICHANNEL INTEGRATION AND TWO-WAY COMMUNICATION •  Mobillion system allows two-way communication - so that, in addition to

distributing information to employees, the system receives the information sent by the employees, adapting them to suitable format - which can be received by the apropriate component of the IT infrastructure.

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION - MEASUREMENT AND EFFICIENCY •  Any information submitted and the action taken, are monitored and tracked with

The principle of operation: Mobillion server takes relevant information from existing corporate IT infrastructure, adapting and preparing them for mobile communication - and direct them towards Mobillion client software application in mobile phones of the customers or employees - responsible for particular business or technical information. calendar and task management (task manager) and directs information about meetings and work assignments and monitor their adoption and implementation.

TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE •  Using the system in technical maintenance jobs with the possibility of integration

with a special "alarm" centers such as Nagios or ScienceLogic. Notifications are distributed for the purpose of notification, and monitoring the rate of reaction (acceptance) as well as solutions of alarm situations.

MOBILIZATION OF EXISTING SYSTEM •  Mobillion enables integration with existing elements of the company IT

SPATIAL MONITORING •  Mobillion - Mobile client application for smartphones allows physical tracking of

active employees - so it is possible to assign tasks according to the location, but it is possible to track the movement of personnel during the performance of certain tasks.

IMAGES AND DOCUMENTS •  Members of the working group, using Mobillion mobile client installed on a

smartphone device (cell phone) can receive documents and images from a central repository (instructions, diagrams). In addition, due to the availability of photo camera directly from the application – some important technical situations can be photographed and sent to other team members, or to the central content repository.

CHAT MESSAGING •  End users or employees may, directly from Mobillion mobile client, share "chat"

Internet messages with other individual staff members or teams. Exchanged messages are of multimedia type and can contain documents and photographs.
