• Input the web address (listed below)

• Click “Enter”

• Navigate to APR Area of website

General - IE Favourites• Open Internet Explorer (or other browser)

• Navigate to the website you want to save to favourites

• Click “Favourites” button (top right)

• Click “Add to Favourites”

• Give your favourite a name

• Click “Add”

Creation PageStep 1: Open your internet browserStep 2: Navigate to http://kier-incident.econtrack.comStep 3: Click APRStep 4: Click Add/ Edit APRStep 5: Click Add New APRStep 6: Choose your criteria from the list;

COMPANY: Click & choose the company name PROJECT: Click & choose the project name INM/ Insp Date: Choose the date you are inspecting

Step 6: Click “Start Create New” icon

Input DataYou will be presented with a series of Sections.Select a section that you want to add data for;

Input DataClick on an item in the section;

Choose a score for that item

Input DataIn the Comments area

Tick a selection and add any comments you would like to record;

Input DataIf you would like to assign Activity to a person, select the Activity button

Select a date you want to assign the Activity

Type the surname of the person you want to assign activity. Click on the name to select it

Input DataTo attach images, click on the Documents Tab, then click “Choose Files”;

Select the images from your browser, then click “open”. IMAGE

IMPORTANT! 10MB limit on the Kier Server. Please ensure your Camera is set to lowest resolution setting!

Click DONE

Input DataYou will see you have one entry against the Section

Repeat this process for all items observedYou do not have to score all sections

Finishing an Inspection

• Click Finish icon on scoring page• Nominate a Closer by typing the surname of the person, then clicking on

the record so that it populates the closure field• Click “Nominate this closer” button. This will prepare to generate an

email to the nominated closer so they can review and close.

Finishing an Inspection

• To End an Assessment, click the “I Have Finished” icon. This will change the scorecard status to “Complete”

Please note scorecard CLOSURE is a separate process

BACK TO START– Clicking back to start jumps to the start of the wizardSUMMARY – shows status of scoring, score and if any comments entered

NOTES – Allows you to enter overall inspection notesEMAIL – Send PDF print to recipients of your choosing and Closure RequestPDF PRINT – Print a copy of the report

Please note it may be advisable to configure your Closure text in a text editor such as 'Microsoft Word' and then paste it into the Closure field to ensure you avoid a security timeout.
