Approve Employee Shift SwapsSelect shift employee would
like to swap
Approving a shift swap publishes the request to available staff the same way they receive open shift and cover shift requests.
Approve or Decline employee’s request to offer swap
Staff requesting swap are NOT removed from the shift until a new employee is
assigned
Shift is not published to available staff and employee requesting swap will remain scheduled for that shift
