• Create the fields to be analyzed (as many required)

• Classify the fields as “Grid” or “Multiple Choice”• Determine the number of columns, rows, readabili

ty orientation and data type (text or numbers) for each field you create.

• The “Evaluate” menu is used for marks calculation other evaluation process

• All sheets/ forms with the same booklet number will be evaluated together resorting to the reference sheet

• Time depends on the volume of answer sheets• Double click on the field value in the data grid to

alter values if needed
