Key People : Ajey Bhardwaj Ajey is a healthcare veteran, After working in the Pharmaceutical industry for

Case study : UNICEF (Maternal Death review) Maternal death review (MDR) is an important strategy to improve the quality of obstetric care and reduce maternal morbidity and mortality. MDR provides detailed information on various factors at community, facility, and district levels that influence maternal health outcomes.

National MDR software was developed to replace the legacy paper based system, training was imparted to all the senior doctors and state level officers on MDR (Maternal Death Review) software in Andhra Pradesh state, Hyderabad.

"Maternal Death Review program" was organized by NHM (National Health Mission, Ministry of Health).

The objective of this program was to minimize the death rate of mothers during gravidity.

The look, feel, and flow of the user interface on the computer screen are similar to the paper forms.
