Patrick Hosch, Technical Evangelist at Nintex, and Christian Bauer from dox42 will demonstrate how easy it is to realize processes such as a job application including contract creation using Nintex Forms, Nintex Workflow and dox42. Initial situation
• The AIO offers IT products and services for the administration of the Canton Solothurn (internal IT service provider)
• Customers can order services and products via forms
• These forms need to be approved by authorities according to the ordered services/products
• Approved applications/orders > Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
• Challenges:
– Dynamic product/service catalogue
– «What» is my application status?
– Different versions of order forms
