The Role This role will require at least 3 years’ experience within a consulting role using the SAP BusinessObjects product suite. The role requires an in-depth knowledge of all the aspects of the SAP BusinessObjects software to a level where the software can be demonstrated to large audiences in an interesting and engaging way and technical questions can be answered in an ‘on-the-spot’ manner. A general interest in the application and the BI industry is a benefit as you will be expected to keep abreast of product advancements and demonstrate and disseminate anything learned to the sales team and other consultants. The ability to understand data sets quickly and present them in interesting ways is a must as demonstrating all the functionality of the software to its fullest extent. Key Tasks Support and assist with functional projects and assignments in domain of expertise Installation and configuration of SAP BusinessObjects Design and build customer Universes and Reports using the SAP BusinessObjects toolsets Prepare and contribute to the process design workshops, definition of business process procedures,

system configuration, solution demonstration and gain acceptance from the customer Lead the preparation of test scenarios, end-user documentation, and user manuals Managing delivery of customer solutions Build demo machines and maintain them for demonstrations Keep abreast of new technologies and products from SAP Client Demonstrations of SAP BusinessObjects products Ability to complete technical aspects of tenders Investigate installations for Health check procedures Investigate installations for License auditing Creation of estimates Attend SAP Events as on-stand technical demonstrator Desired Skills and Experience Knowledge of visualisation, interactive reporting, formatted reporting, data acquisition, data modelling and

office integration solutions provided be SAP BusinessObjects Detailed understanding of BI / Data Warehousing concepts BODS (Data Services) or SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) experience. Other ETL tools
