Research conducted by Original Software, in conjunction with UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG) reveals that a significant minority of organisations using Oracle EBS have not yet upgraded to Oracle R12. The research canvassed the opinions of 156 Oracle EBS users in 20 countries. The survey findings provide insight into organisations that have already been through the R12 upgrade process, the elements they found challenging and what they regarded were the most important factors for success.
