Introduction

• In this demo, we will explore how to:• Render an existing appointment on ACS Web• Edit and render an existing appointment on ACS Web• Report appointment cancellation on ACS Web• Render an existing appointment on a mobile device• Edit and render and existing appointment on a mobile device• Report appointment cancellation on a mobile device

About Rendering• To Render:

• verb (used with object)• 1. to cause to be or become; make: to render someone helpless.• 2. to do; perform: to render a service.

• In the context of ACS, to Render means, to the best of your ability, to report on the fulfillment of an Scheduled appointment.

• Even when an appointment is not completed as scheduled (different start/end time, location), or even when the scheduled appointment is not performed at all (cancellations) you must report what happened with the scheduled appointment.

Render Existing Appointment – Step 1 of 3

Go to the ACS Web URL and use the credentials provided to you

Render Existing Appointment – Step 2 of 3Once logged in, go to Rendering Pending


Select Timesheets and click Render Pendingthe schedule of appointments available for Rendering will be loaded


Here you will see a list of the scheduled appointments available for Rendering.

If the appointment was executed exactly, then select the appointment and then click on the Submit Icon

The appointment will disappear from the list, and you can review your submission in “Rendering Completed”

Appointment Rendered

The rendered appointment will be displayed in Green in the Desktop Calendar

Once logged in, go to Rendering &Timesheets


If the appointment was executed exactly, then select the appointment and Submit


Edit Time or Location and click Submit

Cancel Existing Appointment – Step 1 of 4



Once logged in, go to Rendering &Timesheets


If the appointment was executed exactly, then select the appointment and Submit

Explain Reason of Cancellation, write a note if needed. Then click Submit

Cancel Existing Appointment

The cancelled appointment will be displayed in Red in the Desktop Calendar

Login with your EMP Id and the last four digits of your social security number

Render Appointment (Mobile) – Step 2 of 3

Select the Rendering. Then select Rendering Pending


If the appointment was executed exactly, then select the appointment and then click on the Submit Icon

To edit the appointment, then select the appointment and then click on the Edit Icon

Report Appointment Cancellation (Mobile)– Step 1 of 4





To edit the appointment, then select the appointment and then click on the Cancel Icon


After you click “Submit” The appointment will disappear from the list, and you can review your submission in “Rendering Completed”

Select a Cancellation reason, and make a note if desired. Then Submit


Cancel Existing Appointment

The cancelled appointment will be displayed in Red in the Desktop Calendar
