Room Enquiry – (Building, Lease and Asset enquiry) Manage and explore facilities and simultaneously view the same on a map; (Viewing associated documents and photographs). Map Enquiry – Access your business information through maps and plans, query and compare strategic business information such as space, facilities, assets, staff and health and safety data; (Comprehensive graphical access to CAD and GIS data). Room Bookings – Manage the meeting and function room bookings, optionally coordinated link with the timetabling defined in CMIS database and MS Exchange. Move Manager – Manage the churn, location or relocation of groups of personnel, their furniture and fittings. Notify the affected persons via automated email according to email policies, groups and their members. Handled by Supervisors. People Manager – Handles the allocation of individual people to rooms, past present and future room occupants can be viewed in detail, and there is a check-in check-out page for people arriving and departing. Move & People Manager can work together, People Manager deals with the day to day churn of people movement. Report Maker – (Generate reports specified by user requirements, integrate with standard reports from existing systems, e.g ARCHIBUS™. Work Request – Allows you to log and issue work requests and manage your maintenance projects. No unnecessary deployment of work schedules or staff. Map Mobile – Facilitates iPhone & iPad access on the fly through the Map Enquiry module to your existing business links, Asset, Facilities, Space, HR and CAD/GIS information.
