The sound that I had chosen was me being recording banging on the door, firstly I reversed the track to make it seem like it was screeching.

I then added an effect to the recording this effect sound board was called Tal Dub and it let me change the resonance and the dry/wet parameters

I then added another effect which let me change the Pre-comp attack and release as you can see here
