There are two but technically three Data Sources you can use.

Queries/ Saved searches looking for the conversations/mentions you want to find from all sources.

Channels/ Collect all conversations that flow through any public Facebook page or Twitter account.

Groups/ Allow you to group together Queries and Channels, to make a SUPER Data Source.
