Mix garlic, capers, fresh parsley, mint, basil, olive oil, vinegar, dijon mustard, some lemon, pepper and salt and your Fresh Herb Sauce is ready! In the next episode we will put the sauce next to wild Alaskan salmon, baked on the skin.
