What is Instagram?
Instagram is a mobile, online, photo and video sharing service. You can edit, and apply filters and effects to the pictures and videos.
Your pictures and videos are easily shared on various social networking platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr and more.

How Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat differ
Instagram helps you leverage the increasing use and effectiveness of pictures and video.
Instagram allows you to capture a moment, edit it on your mobile device, with filters and captions and post it for all to see.

How Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat differ
Instagram allows you to capture a moment, as a picture or 3 - 15 seconds video. Apply filters and captions and then share. Cultivating a more engaged audience. Mobile only, lends to more ‘real’ in the moment, here and now, instant, sharing (in theory)
Pinterest also uses pictures and video but is aimed at helping users find products and ideas that they can purchase or create themselves, more about search.
Snapchat another mobile video sharing app, uniquely the content shared self deletes between 1 and 10 seconds after being viewed.
