This was the first stage of my magazine front cover. After I had got to this stage I decided to some audience research to see weather my target audience liked my magazine so far.

I asked 20 people who are in my target audience age (16-24) weather they believed that my background colour suited a pop magazine. 17 of them said that they do not.

Because my audience said that they did not think my background suited pop, I then asked them which colour they would like to see in a pop magazine background.

I asked the same 20 people as before which colour they would associate with a pop magazine. From my results I found that most people associate pink with pop, or colour similar like purple and red
