A common feature of a demon would be that they all have a mouth.

But the demon from ‘Sinister’ which is called the Bogyman, has a grey face appearance but black eyes, were as on the previous images the demons had a normal coloured face which could represent that they have been possessed but are not dead nor are a spirit. Even though they are just wearing makeup it gives this idea of the images presented.

A specific feature would be sharp teeth, however this could be to only represent creatures/ demons that eat people or tear them apart.

Whether as the other demons/ creature makeup that was done shows a representation of a dead person or spirit however it can fool the audience by making them believe that they will cause no harm.

The character that I have in mind however people might confuse it with either the bride in black from ‘Insidious’ or ‘The Woman in Black’. Therefore for this to not happen I will not include a veil.

Looks more like a Goth

My Decision

In conclusion, I decided my character will be seen as a shadow by the audience until she decides to show her face which would

have a pale white face, a sapphire on it forehead which represents Destiny (not just because of her name), around her eyes it will be

black. This will all be then done with makeup and a sapphire.

The demon make up will be done on Bridget (Me).
