Are the customs similar or different in both places? Why?

Costumes in Ecuador include: Music: Pasillo is a popular genre of music that is associated with the indigenous

communities while marimba and bomba music are associated with Afro-Ecuadorian communities.

Food: Cooking traditions vary greatly by region: coastal dining concepts often include fish and beans while Andean cuisine favors meat, rice and hominy.

 Clothes: colorful clothes that represents the culture of each group. A lot of ethnic groups. Language: Spanish and quichua. Religios: catholic Costums in Caucasus States:  50 ethnic groups. Language: Indo-European languages, such as Armenian and Ossetic, and

the Turkic language Azerbaijani are local and used in the area. Russian is used as a common language.

Clothes: traditional costumes. Religion: Zoroastrianism religion is the dominant in the country.

The economy of Ecuador is based mostly on exports of oil, bananas, shrimp, gold, other primary agricultural products and money transfers from nearly a million Ecuadorian emigrants employed abroad. Ecuador is the world's largest exporter of bananas and a major exporter of shrimp. Exports of non-traditional products such as flowers and canned fish have grown in recent years. Industry is largely oriented to servicing the domestic market.

Oil has been the major product in the Caucasus, Iron and steel also are produced. Power for these industries is produced at several large hydroelectric stations, notably at Kura. Caucasus has many economically important minerals and energy resources, such as: alunite, gold, chromium, copper, iron , ore, mercury, manganese, molybdenum, lead,tungsten, uranium, zinc, oil, natural gas and coal.

Are the government systems similar or different in both places? How?

Ecuador is a constitutional democracy. The Politics of Ecuador take place in a presidential representative democratic republican framework, whereby the President of Ecuador is both head of state and head of government, and of a multi-party system.

Caucasus States have a communist government.

Are the environmental problems similar or different in both places? How?

Ecuador's major environmental problems were erosion in the highland areas; deforestation, especially in the Amazon Region; and water pollution. 

In Caucasus the major problems include: deforestation, water and air pollution and also the soil contamination.
