Weller Mechanical Repairs are based at 23 Sheridan Street, Bundaberg Queensland and are specialists in Truck, Vehicle and Plant Maintenance the company has recently been bought by Sullivan Horan Services Australia.

Weller Mechanical Repairs is an Approved Inspection Station issuing Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads COIs (Certificate of Inspection).

Any vehicle from 4.5 to 16 tonnes requires a full COI to ensure it is safe to operate. The checklist includes:

Body & Chassis Brakes, Steering & Suspension

Wheels & Tyres

Seats & Restraints

Engine & Driveline

Windscreen & Windows

Lights & Electrical Components

If any defects are found, you have 14 days from the first inspection to have them repaired and the vehicle re-inspected.

At Weller Mechanical Repairs, we can complete any repairs in house, making us a one stop shop meaning less hassle for you! Whatever we find, we’ll quote on the repair as quickly as possible so you can get back on the road sooner – we understand that time is money!

As an added bonus, any follow-up inspection is FREE!

We have truck hoists in house capable of lifting 60 tonnes.

We also Service and repair 4x4’s and light trucks and have an application in to do inspections on these vehicles also ,we are currently in the process of fitting a 4.5 tonne hoist for working on all your light vehicle fleet.

We also have a qualified weed and seed inspector in house

As a major mechanical servicing and repair provider, Weller Mechanical Repairs has access to a comprehensive range of replacement parts for all types of heavy vehicles, from trucks and trailers to buses and motor homes.

While we carry a large selection of common parts in stock, if we don’t have a particular item we will order it as quickly as possible. In most cases, big-brand items arrive within 24 hours or so, which means less downtime for you!
