• 2.8 million-square-foot space ship-like , futuristic campus

•Exterior is formed of curved class

• One central 4 storied circular building surrounded by extensive landscaping.Parking underground (central)

•Cupertino, California; one mile east of existing facility

•11th Wealthiest city with population of 50,000 in the USA

•Forbes Ranked one of most educated small towns.

•63% of the city is Asian

•Home to high-tech companies, very little manufacturing

The building & location of the new Apple Head quarter “says” it is:

- Grand-scale sized, high-tech, centralized, futuristic

- Futuristic, connected to nature, clean

- Located in a “not-so-busy” wealthy city, and contains extremely smart

,educated people
