and expansion of members
• Financial Challenges for Small + Start Up Churcheso Paying for music and sound equipmento Getting out of a community centre into a leased building (music practice)o Financially Supporting the Senior Pastor (so leave job and more outreach)o Staffing an administratoro Funding outreach initiatives

• Pastors are mandated to give themselves to prayer and ministry of the word
• If they want their church to grow they are mandated to o Find opportunities for people to serve in other areas (24/7 Church)o Identify opportunities for the board to develop resources for the
expansion of the houseo Find, develop and appoint administrators, leaders,
entrepreneurially minded people
