About Author Rashmi Bansal is a writer, entrepreneur and
youth expert. She is the author of two bestselling books on entrepreneurship.
‘Stay Hungry Stay Foolish’ features the stories of 25 MBAs who left lucrative jobs to follow the rough road of entrepreneurship.
Rashmi’s second book, ‘Connect the Dots’ focuses on non-MBA entrepreneurs.

Bindeshwar Pathak• He was born in Rampur Baghel village in
Bihar.• He conceptualized to realize Mahatma
Gandhi’s dream of a “Clean India” and his struggle to remove the caste system in 1960s.
• "Sulabh International" who revolutionized the sanitary situation in India.
Anand Kumar• Anand Kumar is an Indian mathematician and a
columnist for various national and international mathematical journals and magazines.
• He is best known for his Super 30 programme, which he started in Patna, Bihar in 2002.
• And, he selects only those students who are economically backward.
• Then he trains them for IIT-JEE, the entrance examination for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
• By 2011, 236 students out of 270 had made it to IITs.
• When Discovery Channel heard about him, they decide to create a documentary about his life and work.
ChangemakersThose who can’t accept what is wrong in Society and Make every possible step to
change the way of functioning of society.
Arvind KejriwalKejriwal joined the Indian Revenue Service in 1995.In February
2006, he voluntarily resigned from the IRS as Joint Commissioner in IT Department.
After voluntary resignation from job, he founded change, a Delhi based citizen’s movement which works on ensuring a just, transparent and accountable governance.
In December 2006, Kejriwal along with Manish Sisodia and
Abhinandan Sekhri started Public Cause Research Foundation, which works for promoting better local self governance and RTI related campaigns.
Shaheen MistriIn 1971 she was born in Bombay.As a student, Shaheen Mistri got her
friends to volunteer their time teaching kid from the slums. That small initiative with 15 children in a single borrowed classroom.
Now onwards 3500 children in 58 center and 6 schools.
“Teach for India ” will adhere to a few of the core principles of ‘Teach for America’.
The Spiritual CapitalistsThe ideal of services may be old fashioned.
But there are individuals who still believe to live by it.Because they believe purity of purpose and selflessness
of spirit can transcend every limitation.
Vinayak LohaniHe was born in 1978.His father was IAS in Madhya Pradesh.After graduating from IIM Calcutta, He turned his back
on corporate India to do something of service to humanity"Parivaar Ashram" - a residential facility for orphans,
homeless children and children of Prostitutes. Inspired by spiritual and humanistic ideals of Sri
Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda, decided to devote his entire life for serving ‘Divine in Man’ as taught by Swami Vivekananda.
My Conclusion after Reading this Book
It is a good book but lengthy.
Whatever the problem, never lose hope & faith in yourself.
A Single person can change the whole society.
If something wrong is happening don’t Ignore it, Step forward and Speak up against it.
