Fal-CHK Series

The sorting out of Not OK Parts from OK parts not only ensures high batch Quality standards but also save tremendously on material cost by curbing over filled packets to move out.


FAL-IND Series

Indexing Checkweighers designed and developed specifically for Bottling Industry. Capable of running at Line speed in excess of 150 PPM, these checkweighers are widely used for Quality Control in Bottling Plants.


FAL-DOU Series

This Series of Checkweighers is unique to Falcon and is specifically designed for the Bakery Industry where the Wet Dough Balls have to be weighed at high speeds before baking. These machines are equipped with Non Stick belts and automatic lubrication units for a smooth uninterrupted production flow.

Automatic Weight Correction SystemFAL-DOU and FAL-IND can be integrated directly with the fillers in the production lines. The system continuously monitors the gradual weight variation that occurs in the filling process and based on the weight variation trends, the system sends a feedback to the filling unit to ensure the precise filling in every part you produce. Even a small weight correction may result in huge raw material cost savings.
